Still the same issue

Hi, i have exactly the same issue with only ne user. we still use version 8.5.2 on server and client use 8.5.3.
I search but didn't found any solution. Does people that face this issue finaly found a solution ?
Does the upgrade to server 8.5.3 will correct this issue ?
