Lately I have seen a large number of posts in this forum from people who are obvious new to development in Notes/Domino.
This indicates that Notes development is not dead or shrinking.

At the same time, there is talk about how Notes is dying, nobody develops new applications for it, etc.
Those two facts don't compute.
