The button's code has to be convertible to Web.

Buttons won't show up unless they can be converted by HTTP CGI into something a Web browser will comprehend. Generally they have to be very simple, often just single @Commands.

I don't know exactly what you're trying to do. If you already know what you want the Web browser to do, you might try embedding an URL Hotspot, or even generate the entire email as MIME/HTML, and the conversion is smoother.
