Are you seeing the issue with just local replicas?
Yes

Do you have scheduled replication turned on?
Yes on startup and shutdown

If I understand correctly, I have to remove the profile document on the mail database on the server. And apply the signature on the mail database on the server in the profile document (CalendarProfile) by my scheduled agent in the night, and do doc.save(false,false).

Is that correct?
