Technotes

I looked at both technotes, and we are using a supported configuration. The Mailfile that uses the 6.5 template is being accessed with a Notes 8.5 client - which, unless I read it wrong, should be supported.

The 2nd technote references messages with attachments received from outside parties. The messages I am experiencing problems with are all internal mail - might or might not have attachments. I suppose it's nothing terribly major, as that problem mailfile will be upgraded to 8.5 in the near future. Hopefully that will take care of whatever glitch is occurring.
