In the PMR that you opened, did you have the dumpdoc.nsf that Smith asked for on 10/8? That has the information we really need to debug if it is a Traveler problem. If you did open the PMR and include the items that Smith asked for, if you give us the number we can go look at the data. That will allow us to try and recreate the problem in Traveler. We are not committed to fixing it because of the supported OS thing, but if it really is the data, it would cause problems on a supported OS as well. But without the PMR number, we cannot find the files to try to recreate it either.
