Well, you can try one of two methods.

If you're going to try this, it takes more than slapping another item onto the richtext.

Y'can try pass-thru HTML. Check into
NotesRichTextStyle.SetPassThruHTML

Or you may need to convert the entire richtext wholesale into MIME/HTML.

The examples show "text/plain", and I believe you're looking for "text/html" instead.

Again the word of advice: unless you're attaching files, just use one MIMEPart. Because Outlook sucks, and someday you'll probably have to send it there.
