Making changes to the mail file

Just a word of caution. It is not best practice to modify the mail file.

And once you do, everytime there is an new release of Notes, you will have to incorporate your changes in to the new mail file.

So proceed with caution.

We have modified our mail template, and we really wish we had not done so.
