Yes it is still a problem without Designer

I launched Notes and opened the 8.5 B2 designer help, performed type-ahead, and I'm experiencing the same issue of the focus switching to the Notes workspace page. I don't know, perhaps there are other files that I can delete to assist in getting rid of the issue. I did uninstall 8.5 B1 before installing B2.

I'm also experiencing a new Designer client issue where one db will never open in the designer. I suppose I closed the child "opening.." window before it was done initially, but now, regardless of how many times I kill and restart notes designer, it will not open that particular db.. thankfully, it opens fine in my 8.0.2 basic designer.
It will briefly displaying "opening.." in a child window and then close itself and never show the database on the left navigation pane for recent apps.
