Hello,
A customer of ours was not able to wipe a iPhone 4 device earlier.
In LotusTraveler.nsf he activated "Wipe Device" (German: "Gerät Bereinigen"). The UI said something like "Request has been queued", which reflects in the device document. But not only did the wipe not work, but the device synchronized without failure, which means the device was connected and authenticated.
Looking in the logs I see the following lines:
[03/25 11:02:18.523] INFO TC-03dc CN=Username/OU=POS/O=DOMAIN[ApplDNWHP2AEDTC0] Security.handleSecurityFlagsAddRemove#690 Security flag was requested by the admin: security:wipeApps

So if I interpret these logs correctly, the "Wipeflag" is added to they queue, but cannot be sent to the device, because it is not provisioned correctly (Authentication failed)? But why is the device syncing afterwards as if nothing bad happened?
Can anybody shed some light?
Much appreciated,
Manuel
