Thanks for the reply.

Yes have tried the button when Notes is running in the background but haven't tried when Notes is closed.

We had a few users that had that problem mentioned in the tech note but this only applied to 7.0.3 users and haven't affected any 8.5.2 users yet....until possibly now.

I will try the bookmark.nsf deletion next time the user is available and hopefully this will fix. I've sent him away and asked him to email users manually with meeting details etc in the meantime and they seem reasonably happy with this. As its the VP of America, you know this type of thing is likely to resurface.
