[SOLVED] Problem localized - it's Adobe in combination with Symantec Antivirus

Now there is good news and bad news:

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.x and Symantec Antivirus 10.1.9.900 on the server end up with the previously mentioned problem. Saving documents with password protected PDF files will delete the documents. And saving design elements where you have attached a password protected PDF file will delete the design element.

So to prevent your database losing it's data, use another version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and/or a previous programm version of Symantec Antivirus.

But...
We encounter another problem with the versions 7 and 8 of Adobe Acrobat Reader (installed on the Domino Server). The fulltext index is not accurate. Words that are definitely part of the PDF attachment are not within the results when searching for these words.

Seems that this is an Adobe "standard" behaviour *rofl*.

*puuh* and I thought I need to learn some new apologies after a couple of years laid-back-smooth development with notes :))
