Hi,

One of our directors currently has a problem when using the 'Invite' function within GoToMeeting client which I presume is an mailto: button within the software.

When clicked it switches to Notes as if it is about to open a new email composition but then returns a "You are not authorised to perform that operation" message" and therefore stops an invite with the GoToMeeting details from being sent.

I know this involves another piece of software unrelated to IBM but the error message is caused by Notes. The user has manager access to their mail file so this should not be the issue.

Does anyone else have a suggestion to what it could be?
