Check admin4

If the code is not the problem then make sure the request to recertify the user is created and dropped in Admin4.nsf
The request will be an interval request which will take up to 1 hr to be processed. It will also only be processed by the administration server of the Domino directory. So if you are testing this agent on a test server which does not replicate to the admin server then the request will stay in admin4 and never get processed.
So the questions are

1. Is the request getting generated in admin4?
2. Is the request replicated or on the admin4 of the administration server of the Domino directory?
3. Is the request being processed but failing? If failing what is the error?
