I have tried all the way to a totally clean install of Notes (deleted both preferences files, install receipts, and Lotus Notes Data directory) and Notes still crashes after I enter my password. Same problem as a lot of others I've seen here. No formal crash with entry in CrashReporter, just Notes closing right after I enter my password. And the only messages are in the console log:
