I suspect you are hitting Apple bug 9242966 as documented here:http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/Bugs_reported_to_Apple_for_iPad_iPhone_iPod

The profile you pasted looks fine (at a glance) and the manual account basically confirms that you have something going on at the HTTP level which is not related to the profile itself. Hence, I suspect the Apple bug 9242966.
