3rd party tools?

A few years back we opted to buy Integra4Notes. It provides all sorts of interesting reporting capability including mail merge to email. If you're going to do much of this, it's a good tool

I have no relationship with I4N other than being a happy customer. The product is great and the support has been wonderful.
