Hello!

Is there a way to policy wise or by doing an Sametime predefined XML-file to get Notes to be the preferred client for meeting room links?

In Notes client this can be set in:
Preferences->Sametime>Sametime Meeting Rooms

Meeting Room Window:
Use the following meeting room type then joining meeting rooms by clicking a URL:
* Web Browser
* Sametime Client Meeting Room

It is bad that the browser is default when it cannot handle A/V.
