But doc is deleted...

My example does exactly that, but how do I find the next document when doc is deleted (or I guess more accurately is a deletion stub)?

For reference, imagine the first document in the collection is deleted, how would I get the next document? I imagine I could maintain a counter, and if the current document is deleted, I could use the counter to getNthDocument... is that the best option?
