I have several users who have seen this problem happen to them. They will have email in their Inbox based on their "Remove mail older than" setting on their devices. When they check their inbox later, ALL of their email disappears on their phones. The mail is still in their Notes inbox, it's just not displaying in Traveler. New emails continue to fill the inbox until a indeterminate amount of time. Then their emails disappear again.
I have instructed users to "Replace Data", but am looking for a root cause.
