Files to keep...

Names.nsf, bookmarks.nsf, user.id, user.dic, and the journal.nsf if they have one.

I would recommend that you run the iNotes 'Synchronize Contacts' and 'Synchronize Journal' before wiping out the 6.5.5 machine - I wouldn't actually restore the user's names.nsf - let the new client install recreated one. Then the 'Sync Contacts' will bring them back.

(I'd at least rename it to oldnames.nsf and copy it back to their folder as a backup)

Same with Bookmarks - let it get re-created unless they have a lot of bookmarks they want to keep.

Add 'SPELL_FORCE_LEGACY=1' to the Notes.ini, and continue to use the user.dic.
