Suggestions

Seems like the server is not shutting down clean. Since the stlog was in use with consistency check the sametime server would not start. How big is the stlog with a 21 day cutoff. You can reduce it down to less. One thing you can do is to remove staddin from the task line in notes.ini and manually load it when the server comes back from consistency checks.
