Error when trying to a log into PA site

Thanks for the links. Everything seemed ok until I got ready to log into the PA site. This generated an error:

IBM Passport Advantage - Direct Link To Customer Login
https://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/paocustomer

Error 400

Invalid request -- completely unable to parse it
===========

I'll work on another way around this.
