switch ID/replicator problem

I competely agree with Renaud N. Thievent about the problem mentioned, regarding the switch ID (between different Domino domains) and the locked replicator problem.
To solve the problem, i've to close Notes and execute a "nsd -kill".
I've started to see this issue using release 852 FP1.
I haven't used release 852 (without fix pack) so i couldn't say if the problem resides in the fix pack 1.
I also have to say that in 851 FP4 (last 851 release i've used) this issue was not present.
Hope in a fix because it's a really boring bug.
