Cannot start Notes Standard on Mac OS X 10.5.3

I also have this problem. If I run it from the command line I only get Notes Basic version. How to start Notes Standard from the command line?

If I double click the Notes icon I get this in the log file:
7.6.08 10:14:58 [0x0-0x191191].com.ibm.lotus.Notes[18133] maclauncher: unrecognized option `-psn_0_1642897'

I tried 10 times to install/uninstall it with prerelease and b1 uninstall. I also checked that hard drive is clean of any Notes traces, but still...

Any known workaround?
