Subject: "User" not in Domino Directory?
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Administration
Platform: System i (iSeries/i5OS)
Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Always

We got new network security devices and they are sending me log files constantly. Since they are clogging up my mail database, I made a copy of my mail database and gave it a new name. I then created agents in my database that if the subject contains certain key words, to send full copy to newdatabase.nsf. Mail routing events keeps showing "User newdatabase.nsf not listed in Domino Directory". I added it to the server as a Mail-In Database but that doesn't work. What am I missing?
