Check password resetter's person doc in the directory on the server

In the process of adding a password resetter, a password reset certificate is created, issued by the certifier of the organization (for those users whose passwords may be reset) to the password resetter.

Can you check the password resetter's entry in the directory and that it contains a valid Notes certificate?

A couple other questions:
Is the password resetter in the same organization as the organization he is assigned to reset passwords?
Does the certificate for the organization's certifier exist on the server with a valid public key?
