Definitely the worst upgrade ever

I'm sad. I loved Domino development since around 1994. The love affair is over. This Designer update has definitely been the worst thing to ever happen in the Domino development world. What used to be easy and painless is now difficult and painful. Constant crashes. Inconsistencies all over the place (how on earth did this thing get out the door like this??) I expected better from IBM. I now shudder whenever I have to bring up the Designer, just hoping I can manage to make it do what I need it to. Chalk me up as another unhappy developer. Unfortunately I don't see much being fixed any time soon.

And you can denigrate it by calling it "classic" or "legacy" Notes dev all you want, but my clients are still using primarily Notes client applications (utilizing lots of @formula and LotusScript) and aren't going to change any time soon, unless it's to some kind of hosted, outsourced web solution that has nothing to do with Notes.
