Subject: Connect Windows Phone 8 and Blackberry 10 devices to Lotus Traveler 8.5.3 with Active Sync
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Traveler
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always
Hello,
I've got two test smartphones here on my desk, a Nokia Lumia 820 (running on Windows 8 Phone) and a Blackberry Z10.
I was able to successfully connect the Blackberry Z10 to our Traveler Server 8.5.3 UP1 via Active Sync. I'm receiving all my emails, calendar data and contacts and I'm also able to send and receive my emails.
On the Nokia Lumia 820 it's completely different. I also tried to establish an Active Sync connection to the Traveler Server. I used exactly the same connection settings as on the Blackberry Z10, but currently I only can see the folder structure of my inbox, but no emails or calendar data. But sending emails from the Lumia is working properly.
Does anybody know which settings on the Traveler Server should be changed in order to be able to download my emails and calendar data to the Nokia Lumia via Active Sync? I don't even get an error message etc...
Thanks for your help,
Gerhard Adelwarth
