Subject: DXL Buttons and ECL security
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Application Development
Platform: ALL
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

When creating a design element through DXL, you can for example add a button into a computed rich text field, including dynamic labels and dynamic click code.

This works like a charm, as long as you have the code under the button do a messagebox or so. As soon as the code under the button interacts with the current form, the result is an ECL error, since the code itself it unsigned.

What I try to do is create a dynamic set of buttons based on a choice the user makes, and have each of the buttons create a report based on which button the user clicks. All needs to be done in the front end.

Anyone with a clue about this signing issue?
