Subject: Custom application using mail component of Inotes design
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: iNotes - Lite mode
Technical Area: Customization
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: -Reproducibility-

I am working on the web development of an ticketing application where user can submit tickets/issue. This application needs to have an integrated mailbox from where users can send & receive emails on the tickets. The emails will be added as child document to the main ticket/issue form.

To add inbox functionality, we thought of adding our design in Mail85.nsf so that we can use the Inotes design & functionality in Inbox part when inbox is opened in web. This is working fine.
But now the problem is when we are trying to open the documents that are part of the forms related to ticketing system (copied by us in mail85.nsf), the documents are opening in INotes inside memo form instead of current database. We want these documents to open using the forms added by us in Mail85.nsf instead of opeing them inside INotes memo form.

Can somebody please provide some advice, how we can resolve this issue. Any help will highly appreciated as this is very urgent for us.
