RE: Created invitations display as ghosted on iPhones

If you are seeing the ghosted calendar entries verify that the user name is not a notes name like First Last or First Last/Domain. To make sure this doesn't happen be sure to use the internet address for the user name so, youremail@yourdomain.com. This was detailed very well on the following blog.
