The agent already has the security property set to "2. Allow restricted operations"

Thanks for your response. The agent does have the property as mentioned. And it is able to delete the original file. But it is not able to delete the generated pdf file. As I mentioned I am using a third party product for pdf conversion using COM. Though in a few occasions, the code is able to delete the converted file, in most of the cases, it is not. Could it be that the third party tool is not releasing certain lock of handle to the converted file yet?
