Mailbox functionality

You probably don't need all the functionality in the iNotes mail.
Why don't you just create a mail form (Memo) and add your own functionality in it. Then you also have the additional benefit that you can fake the sender email in the outgoing email.
Setup the application as a mail-in database.
Then you create an agent to process the incoming email and attach them to the ticket as a response document.

It is not hard to add forward/reply functionality yourself to the mail form you create.

Last week I presented at MWLUG in Atlanta about how you can use Ajax and JSON to call server agents written in Lotusscript. You could create an agent to send out email, for example.

You can download the slides and the samnple database at http://blog.texasswede.com/mwlug-2015/
Then combine that with my mail class and you are all set!
