Resolved

The issue appears resolved.

I uninstalled the recently installed 'Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package', uninstalled 8.5.3FP6 (reverted to FP3) - then reinstalled FP6. FP6 reinstalled the Redistributable. Restart the server, all appears OK now...
