Subject: WIndows cannot open file from LotusScript..
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5
Reproducible: Always

We have database that is used from Notes client 8.5 on Windows 7 PC.
The user clicks on a button in a database that creates a file on the PC's C drive.
The file is being opened for editing using the LotusScript Open statement:
Open "C:\SupplierOrder-F1.xml" For Output As FileHandle

An error message is generated from Lotus Notes that says "Unable to open file".The same code works on a PC that has Windows XP,Notes 8.5.

So,I am suspecting that something in Windows 7 is causing this error.

Any ideas on what could be the problem and possible resolution?

Thanks.
