Did you install the client on the server?

You write "Always got an error if the agent is running on the server, while it works perfect if running the com object from notes on the same server."

If you install the client, the registration of the com server is against the client, not the server instance. This is one of the reasons I wouldn't recommend installing a client on a server. You need to go to the Sserver directory and re regserver the nlsxbe.dll to make it use the server instantiation.
