Thanks for both responses so far.

Yes we have tried the -u switch for the Load Convert command this works absolutely fine with mail files that do not have an excessive amount of folders.

However, sadly it does not handle the 64Kb issue.

Again though, instead of just throwing an error, it would be much better if the message box contained 'the last successfully parsed mail folder'.

On the assumption that the folders are processed alphabetically, we could then do a visual inspection of the remaining folders and form a more appropriate plan of action for any given mail database.
