need more info

are you sending email notes-to-notes or notes-to-internet? If notes-to-notes, is recipient on same server or different domino server? There is a setting to limit attachment size on outbound emails. It could be it's set to a very low number. if you're sending notes-to-internet, is your outbound SMTP server same as your home/mail server? is the error message in the form of a delivery failure? have you checked log.nsf on your local machine and on your mail server for more info?
