I was thinking to write out each line, as Chistopher said, but a guy of my team did something more simple, split the variable, I mean, change the code in order to use several string variables instead one string variable, each variable is less than 7Mb and it works, in a Domino server (iSeries) with 400Mb! Not a perfect solution but it was a minimal change in the code.
Aparently, there is a limitation in string variables, when the lotusscript is running in a Domino in a iSeries servers. I didn't find any documentation about this limitation.
