no record for a similar issue. could you provide nsd and log file?

Please find following files and post here, so that Dev could start investigation.

- nsd file ( file name starts with nsd xxx..log under your data directory. ex : C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT

- javalog file ( file name starts with javacorexxx.txt under your data directory. ex. C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\logs
