Our users are using a local HTML signature file (located in their Notes Data directories) in order to get a nice corporate approved signature in their Notes mail.
This of course has the drawback that if they work off different computers (e.g. home and work, or work desktop and laptop), they need to signature.html file in two places.
The signature file template was initially created by HR, who of course used Microsoft Word to create it. This Word file was distributed to the users, who edited it and updated it with their titles, email, phone/fax, etc. They then had to save it using the "Filtered HTML" file type, a step many users missed.
We now want to use the rich text signature functionality in Notes 8.5. The advantage is of course that the signature is stored in the users mail file, and therefor is available everywhere.
I have tested to copy a formatted signature from both a Notes document and from Word. Everything comes over almost perfectly (a horizontal rule/line I had in my signature failed), and in the signature settings it looks perfect.
The issue is that when I compose a new email, the signature part is indented more than the rest of the text.
You can see what it looks like here:

How can I get the signature to be flush with the rest of the body text?
