I am having an intermittent problem. At times lotus mail server rejects an email with error 'Router: Message 00304BCD rejected for policy reasons'. I checked the log on 21/11 email was sent to 3 users, same delivered successfully. But yesterday an email was sent to same 3 users, this time mail rejected with message 'rejected for policy reasons'. I checked existing rules on the server and did not find anything which could block the email. How can I troubleshoot the issue? I have 9 rules on the server, how can I know which specific rule is blocking the email. Thanks to help.
