Subject: Virtualize Domino Servers
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: -Reproducibility-

We are looking into incorporating a SAN and virtualizing our servers as much as possible.

Can anyone verify if you can virtualize a Domino Server with the databases and server image located on a SAN?

Without virtualization, can the databases operate from a SAN?

We use Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers
Domino 8.5.1 Enterprise Servers
450 Users/140 active max at any given time.

Thanks
Matt
