Access denied...

You have a permissions problem, on

D:\Domino\data\domino\workspace\logs\error-log-0.xml.lck

and

D:\Domino\data\domino\workspace\.config\links\shared.link

I would guess that the user that Domino is running under doesn't have access to part of the tree. Change permissions on

D:\Domino\data\domino

to give that user full read/write permissions on all sub-directories.
