Hi guys,

I have a problem with Lotus Notes 8.5.2 in a Citrix environment.

When I start the Lotus Notes client I sometimes get a DOS box pop-up where I am asked to give in my password of the ID file that is used, it referce to the ntaskldr.exe.

Is there somebody who knows how to solve this issue?
