Thanks Per - I have seen your product at Lotus functions here in Sydney.

I thought it may be what we were looking for, but the solution we implemented in the end was highly customized, and tightly integrated with several proprietary CRM-type systems here (extracts personal information from several systems and consolidates it into an HTML signature).
