Client performance solutions

@Dave, there have been many comments about client performance. Generally, the eclipse framework, with its 12000+ small files, will be slower. However, I have found that if I check the following, I do not notice a performance decrease on my machine:
- Defrag the drive, this really helps and should be done anyway.
- Anti-virus exclusion for the lotus\notes directory and at least as a minimum, the "framework" sub directory.
- 2Gb RAM does help if you are also running other apps. 1Gb I found fine if I only used notes and little else.
- Try 852, I really do not have performance issues and run the client on a VM.
