Subject: Notes doesn't start after Vista crash
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Crash
Platform: Windows Vista client
Release: 8.5
Reproducible: Unknown

Hi,

My Vista computer has crashed, and now Notes doesn't start. It goes like this:

1. I click on the Notes icon
2. I get a message box for my Notes password
3. The splash screen grey box at the top left corner says "Loading please wait"
4. When it arrives at the end, the splash screen disappears and nothing happens
5. I can see that nlnotes is running.
6. If I stop it and restart Notes, the same thing happens

Last ime it happened (yes, vista crashes...), I had to uninstall Notes and reinstall it.

Any idea to avoid this pain?

Thanks!
