Same issue on Dell Latitude E6420

We are having the exact same symptoms on our new Dell Latitude e6420s running Windows 7 x64 and Notes 8.5.2 FP2. It happens for New messages, replying and forwarding. Hitting F9 will bring back some of the buttons. Also the boxes around the "To", "From" and "Subject" are all missing. Its just white space.
